Dr Ben Carson Second Guesses Officer Darren Wilson – Says He Wouldn’t Have Shot Michael Brown

In what might be the most ridiculous example of Monday morning quarterbacking thus far in the 2016 presidential campaign outside of Hillary Clinton confessing that her email arrangement hasn’t ultimately proven to have been all that convenient, Dr. Ben Carson said that he would not have shot Ferguson MO thug Michael Brown, knowing who he was.

Clearly, nobody in their right mind in a law enforcement or any other public capacity would have even driven on the same street or in the same neighborhood where the predator Brown was prowling if they had known who he was and what he represented.

Brown could have stolen every Swisher Sweet, Tiparillo, Hav-A-Tampa Jewell and Prince Albert cigar in Ferguson; only a mental patient with a death wish would have intervened knowing the personal attacks, chaos and racist campaign Hussein Obama, Eric Holder and Co. would unleash upon an unsuspecting officer, community and the nation. It’s neither a fair question nor a fair response.

But it’s a question Carson chose to answer. In an interview with the St Louis Post-Dispatch on Friday, he was asked if he would have shot Brown if he were in Officer Darren Wilson’s shoes.

Carson replied, “It’s hard to say. I probably, knowing who he was, I probably just would have arrested him.” That was Officer Wilson’s intent as well, even not knowing who Brown was, but there was that little matter of Brown trying to take the officer’s gun away so he could shoot him with it, his refusal to obey lawful commands and his aggression.

Carson would have found himself in the same situation, forced to shoot Brown, only, as a black man, he probably would have been allowed to defend himself from the probable attempt on his life without the loss of his career and being vilified as a racist by the regime for political gain. They would have moved on to the next incident where a thug was shot by a cop, hoping for a white officer to vilify until they found one that fit the bill.

Carson injected some other components into the dialogue, such as the need for thugs to respect authority and the handling of the body after Brown was killed, the fact that it laid in the street for four hours before being removed. It should probably have been covered at a minimum, but that was not the message of the agitators at the time; there was no “hands up don’t shoot” aspect to the body in the street. The message at the time and for months afterwards to this day was that a white cop had “murdered” an innocent “teenager.” That was the narrative the Obama regime wanted repeated and the media did as they were instructed.

The truth is that Officer Wilson was a trained professional, who responded in what was determined to have been a correct, lawful and appropriate manner to a legitimate threat. He made multiple split-second decisions in the events of that day, all of them later determined to have been proper.

Even with over a year to rethink a response, Carson didn’t come up with a better course of action. He couldn’t have “just arrested” Brown, that large adult male was not going to let that happen. Force was required; as it turned out, deadly force. It was Brown who made the decision, not Officer Wilson.
